We come to the car

Free Jaguar collection across Oxfordshire

Tell us where the car is now, whether that is your home, a workplace or a garage. We arrange collections from our Medway base; we do not have an Oxfordshire drop-off branch. The full address and loading access matter more than the nearest main road.

Oxford and the surrounding villages

We cover Oxford, Headington, Cowley and Kidlington. For shared parking, a gated development or a city-centre address, tell us about entry arrangements, height restrictions and where a collection vehicle can stop.

Banbury, Bicester and West Oxfordshire

Collections include Banbury, Bicester, Witney, Carterton and Chipping Norton. If the Jaguar is behind a workshop, in a courtyard or down a private lane, describe the route to the car and any space needed to turn.

Abingdon, Didcot and South Oxfordshire

We also collect around Abingdon, Didcot, Wantage, Wallingford, Thame and Henley-on-Thames. Use the vehicle's collection postcode, even if it differs from your home address, and flag any garage release times.

A Jaguar buyer for the car you cannot drive to a branch

A gearbox that will not select drive, a failed MOT or an engine that will not start can make an ordinary selling appointment impractical. You can request our valuation without repairing the car or arranging transport to us first. Tell us whether it starts, moves, rolls and steers; those are four different questions.

We buy petrol, diesel and electric Jaguars. An XF with a turbo fault, an XE with a timing-chain concern, an XJ with suspension trouble or an I-Pace with a charging fault can all be assessed. Describe symptoms and share any diagnosis you already have. A warning message alone does not establish which part has failed.

  • Non-runners, non-starters and cars with no drive
  • MOT failures and high-mileage Jaguars
  • Engine, gearbox, electrical and suspension faults
  • Accident damage, with its history disclosed

Compare an offer with the repair bill before deciding

If your Jaguar is at an Oxfordshire garage, ask for the diagnosis and the cost of the proposed work in writing. Check what the estimate includes and whether further investigation could change it. You can then compare that commitment with a no-obligation offer for the car in its present condition.

We assess the model, age, mileage, specification, condition and disclosed faults together. A non-runner does not have one fixed value. Photographs, service records and details of work already done help explain what is being sold. There is no requirement to buy a replacement vehicle from us.

Before booking a garage collection, agree release with the workshop and settle any outstanding diagnostic, storage or repair charges directly with them. Tell us if parts have been removed and whether they will be handed over with the car. Our free collection does not cover a garage's separate charges.

Collecting a Jaguar in central Oxford

For an address in central Oxford, give us the actual vehicle entrance and any restrictions you know about. A postcode can lead to the front of a building when the car is parked behind it. Discuss access before moving a broken Jaguar simply to make collection easier.

Oxford's Zero Emission Zone operates in a defined city-centre area, not across the whole county. It is a charging scheme rather than a blanket ban on petrol and diesel cars. Check the county council's current map and vehicle guidance if you are considering driving into the zone; do not assume a charge applies just because your address says Oxford.

Collection arrangements are confirmed for the particular location and vehicle. Let us know about a locked steering column, an electronic parking brake that will not release, flat tyres or wheels that will not turn. Please do not force a release or attempt a repair just for collection.

Know what happens at handover

The valuation and collection are free. Your offer is based on the description you give us, so include known faults, damage and missing items. Confirm the amount and collection arrangements before handover. Payment is by secure bank transfer on collection day and must clear before the Jaguar leaves.

Have your keys, available V5C logbook and service paperwork ready. A missing logbook does not automatically prevent a sale, but tell us beforehand so we can discuss the checks needed. If you want to keep a private registration, arrange its retention before transferring the car.

Make sure DVLA is notified of the sale and keep the confirmation alongside your receipt. If finance is outstanding or an insurance claim is unresolved, tell us before accepting an offer so the right to sell can be established.

From the XE to the I-Pace

We buy Jaguar saloons, sports cars and SUVs, including the XK, F-Type, S-Type, X-Type and older models. A fault or a missing MOT does not stop you requesting an offer.

Your offer, collection and payment

  1. 1. Tell us about the Jaguar

Send the vehicle details and describe any faults, damage or missing items. The valuation is free and you decide whether to accept.

  2. 2. Agree the collection

We confirm the location, access and vehicle condition before arranging collection. Tell us if it cannot roll, steer or be put into neutral.

  3. 3. Check payment and paperwork

Payment is by secure bank transfer on collection day, cleared before the car leaves. Keep your sale receipt and DVLA confirmation.

Yes. We arrange free collection across Oxfordshire, including Oxford, Banbury, Bicester, Witney, Abingdon, Didcot and surrounding villages. Tell us the exact location and access when you request a valuation.
